The Berrien County Community Development Department is seeking bids for general home repair services for various county-wide programs. Bids are required to be in a sealed envelope and must be received by the Purchasing Department at 701 Main Street, St. Joseph, MI no later than February 12, 2025 at 09:00 AM EST. Bid 2025-002 will be opened that same day at approximately 09:30 AM EST in the Board of Commissioners Room on the second floor (ground level).

Please note that if you have previously filled out the Affidavit of Compliance for the year 2025 it is not necessary to send another one.
