REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Manhattan, Kansas, seeks submissions for construction-phase project management services from highly qualified, innovative consultants with expertise in municipal construction. Submissions are due at the office of the City Engineer, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 11:00 am., on February 28, 2025. Submissions received after said time will be returned.  A detailed list of submission requirements is listed in the Request for Qualifications.
