The City of San Carlos Invites Request for Qualifications Submittals for Professional Consultant Services as Needed for Outside Plan Review Services.
Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the City of San Carlos is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Outside Plan Review Services for building and fire plan reviews, as well as the possibility for inspection and project management services on an ad hoc basis. Consultant(s) will primarily operate under the Community Development Department with direction provided by the Building Official, Assistant Building Official, Building Inspector, and Permit Technician.
All proposals are due no later than Friday,May 16, 2025, by 5:00 PM (PST) to Robert Lord, Assistant Building Official at rlord@cityofsancarlos.org
