| Project Title: | Request for Qualifications - Space Needs Assessment & Master Plan Development |
| Description: | Granville County (“County”) is conducting a qualification-based selection process for firms experienced in providing space analysis and master facility planning services who wish to be considered for providing such services to the County as more particularly described herein. The County is located directly north of Wake and Durham Counties. The County is growing and planning for increased demand for governmental services and employee recruitment over the coming decades. County departments and employees are stationed in various buildings and offices across the County. The County has an ageing group of facilities that are getting to a point where they can no longer serve the growing departments’ needs nor serve the public properly. With the growth of the County, age of some facilities, and size of the workforce, the County has decided to study existing county facilities for space needs. This space needs assessment will inform a facilities master plan, and this master plan will explore alternatives and capital improvement opportunities to facilitate space need improvements found through the assessment. |
