Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - Develop Comprehensive Transportation Master Plan

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FROM INTERESTED COMPANIES TO DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN FOR THE HARRIS COUNTY, GEORGIA GOVERNMENT

The Harris County, Georgia government is accepting sealed written qualifications from interested and experienced companies to develop the county's first ever comprehensive transportation master plan to assist the county in guiding future transportation decisions.

RFQ documents can be obtained by emailing Randall Dowling, Harris County Manager, at rdowling@harriscountyga.gov No phone calls will be accepted or returned.

A mandatory pre-qualifications meeting will be held on Feb. 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in person or virtual. The deadline to submit sealed written qualifications is until March 27, 2024 at 2:30 p.m.

The submitted qualifications will be evaluated based on the company's approach to this project, company's transportation master plan experience, company's team transportation master plan experience and qualifications, company's financial strength, workload, and litigation, and references.
