-20 NOTICE (02/20/2026):
The Arizona Commerce Authority’s Office of Defense Innovation (ODI) is pleased to announce the opening of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) # 2026-20: ODI Consulting Services. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify qualified firms to support ODI in fulfilling and advancing its statutory duties on an as-needed basis. These duties include liaison activities, federal funding capture, industry support, strategic planning, technology commercialization, research collaboration, workforce development, and reporting to state leadership.

Questions are due March 2, 2026, at 12:00PM MST.
Proposals are due March 9, 2026, at 12:00PM MST.
