PROJECT NLRWU #25211
North Little Rock Wastewater (NLRWU)
North Little Rock, Arkansas
NLRWU is soliciting a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified General Contractor/Construction Manager-At-Risk (GCCM) to provide preconstruction services and, if a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is established, to construct a new administration building within the Faulkner Lake Wastewater Facility (FLWF). The Contractor must have a thorough understanding of the GCCM (General Contractor/Construction Manager) delivery method, as this project will utilize that approach. The GCCM will execute the work in two distinct phases: Preconstruction and Construction. Respondents are expected to demonstrate proven experience in successfully delivering projects using the GCCM process.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packages will be available from North Little Rock Wastewater, 7400 Baucum Pike, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117. Interested General Contractor/Construction Manager-At-Risk (GCCM) are invited to secure RFQ packages by contacting Tonya Wallace, phone 501-248-0295 or email: twallace@nlrwu.com . Contacting by email is preferred so that the RFQ package can be sent electronically.
The RFQ package includes descriptions of services required, an outline for presentation of qualifications, and the method of selection. Firms desiring consideration must submit their response to the RFQ to Tonya Wallace, North Little Rock Wastewater, 7400 Baucum Pike, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117, no later than 10:00 a.m. on March 9, 2026.
The selection process will conform to the state law defining procurement of professional services, A.C.A. 19-11-801.
