The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) is pleased to announce the opening of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) # 2026-03: SSBCI Technical Assistance (Financial Advisory, Accounting, Legal Services). The purpose of this RFQ is to identify qualified consultants who can provide technical assistance to small businesses that are applying for, preparing to apply for, or have previously applied for capital from an SSBCI-supported program or other eligible federal or state program.
