To General Contractors,
General Contractors are asked to submit qualifications as outlined in the RFQ requirements associated with entering an AIA A133 Contract (Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), to the Gravel Ridge Fire Department Board of Directors, a private institution, for the renovation and addition of an existing structure in Sherwood, Arkansas. The Board of Directors will receive proposals in the office of the Architect at 102 North Spring Street, Searcy, Arkansas on or before 3:00 PM local prevailing time on the 22nd day of May 2025, for the following project:
Project Description: Renovation of and addition to an existing facility located at the northeast corner of Highway 107 and Gibson Road. The facility will be approximately 11,210 square feet, single story, four bay fire station in Sherwood, Arkansas.
Notification: General Contractors interested in submitting Construction Management proposals are to request a copy of the RFQ requirements from the Architect and notify the Architect of your intention to submit.
