QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT
The Booneville School District Requests Statements of Qualifications from interested Construction Management Firms to perform Construction Management Services for a planned new construction in the following projects:
1. Junior High School + or - 67,000 SQFT
Interested firms are to submit the following information for district review in compliance with Arkansas Statute 19-11-801:805:
1. Company overview/history including years in business, bankruptcies or contract default(s).
2. Company experience with similar types of projects relative to size, program, complexity, schedule and budget.
3. Qualifications, education, and experience of the personnel to be assigned to the project.
4. Qualifications to perform pre-construction services
5. Company’s qualification to perform construction management at risk services.
6. Proof of minimum insurance coverage, for all areas, as required by state agencies.
7. The firm’s proximity to and familiarity with the Booneville School District.
8. References
The district intends to select the firm considered the best-qualified and capable of performing the work and negotiate a contract. Contract will be inclusive of construction management services during design and project construction. The CM shall work with the districts architect, Architecture Plus, Inc. Throughout the design and construction process.
Responses are to be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 21, 2025 at Booneville School District, 127 East Main Street, Booneville, AR 72927.
