Request for Qualifications: RFQ 24-010 - Wrecker and Towing Services

The City of Powder Springs is seeking statements of professional qualifications from qualified wrecker and towing companies for the purpose of establishing a term contract for wrecker and towing services. Sealed proposals shall be submitted to The City of Powder Springs Police Department, 1114 Richard D. Sailors Parkway, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127, prior to noon EST, Friday, Nov. 8, 2024. No proposals will be accepted after the noon deadline.

All communication related to submission of a proposal, including questions, must be coordinated through Kelly Axt, City Clerk, City Clerk at kaxt@cityofpowdersprings.org . The deadline for submission of questions is noon EDT on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024.

No bid or proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after date of bid opening, unless otherwise specified in the bid documents. The City of Powder Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids, and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Georgia.
