The City of Minot is soliciting qualifications for Retail Development Services. The specific services we desire include data collection, market analysis, and identifying opportunities for the expansion and attraction of new retail sales operations in the city. Sealed qualifications shall be submitted to: City of Minot, Attention: Mikayla McWilliams, “Retail Development Services RFQ”, P.O. Box 5006, Minot, ND 58702.
