REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES

PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Auburndale is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build

firms for Public Works facility improvements located at 915 Charles Avenue, Auburndale, FL.

The project includes construction of a new administrative office building and improvements to

on-site storage facilities.

Selection will be conducted using a Qualifications-Based Selection process in accordance with

Florida Statute 287.055. Design services are anticipated to begin mid-2026.

Statements of Qualifications are due no later than Friday, April 310, 2026, 2:00 p.m. to City

Hall in the City Manager’s Office, 1 Bobby Green Plaza, Auburndale, FL 33823.

RFQ documents and submittal requirements are available through the City of Auburndale at

www.auburndalefl.com.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals.
