The Marquette County Land Bank Authority is seeking licensed builders to construct single family residential structures on various vacant lots in Marquette County. The RFQP packet can be found by clicking the link below. A virtual open office hour will be held at 9:00 AM on December 15. The link for participation can be found in the RFQP packet. All proposals shall be submitted via email to landbank@mqtco.org by 4:00 PM (local time), January 5, 2024.
