Request for Qualifications - Professional Services Design, Engineering, and Construction Administration for Greenway Trail - Phase 7 Addendum No. 2

The City of Paducah, Kentucky, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional services firms to assist the City in designing and engineering the Greenway Trail Phase 7- Southside Urban Expansion.

Information about the project and a complete Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package can be obtained by emailing Melanie Townsend, Engineering Project Manager or view the packet linked below. Five (5) individual copies of the proposal should be submitted to the City of Paducah, Attn: RFQ 2025- GWT 7, City Clerk’s Office, 300 South 5th Street, P.O. Box 2267, Paducah, KY 42002-2267, and clearly marked on the outside with Firm name, Project Title, and RFQ number. Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, September 18, 2025 2:30 p.m. CT on September 26, 2025 (deadline extended per Addendum No. 2).
