Request for Qualifications - Professional Services Design, Engineering, and Construction Administration for Greenway Trail - Phase 7

The City of Paducah, Kentucky, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional services firms to assist the City in designing and engineering the Greenway Trail Phase 7- Southside Urban Expansion.

Information about the project and a complete Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package can be obtained by emailing Melanie Townsend, Engineering Project Manager (link sends e-mail) or view the packet linked below. Five (5) individual copies of the proposal should be submitted to the City of Paducah, Attn: RFQ 2025- GWT 7, City Clerk’s Office, 300 South 5th Street, P.O. Box 2267, Paducah, KY 42002-2267, and clearly marked on the outside with Firm name, Project Title, and RFQ number. Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
