Request for Qualifications, Professional Services, City Attorney

The City of Monett, Missouri is seeking law firms to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a City Attorney. The City prefers to contract with a single law firm to provide all City Attorney services, including general counsel to the City and oversight of all City legal activity. The City reserves the right to separate the responsibilities as general counsel and a second firm as special counsel if it is determined doing so would be advantageous to the City. The City anticipates entering into negotiations for a professional agreement with the responding firm(s) selected as best suited to effectively provide services to the City.
