The city is soliciting qualifications (RFQ) from consultants, or team of consultants, to provide architectural and engineering services to design a new motorized dock to facilitate launching and return of vessels, provide day use moorage and separately provide four secured slips for first responders at North Cove Boat Launch located at 12301 17 th Place NE, Lake Stevens, WA.  This project is funded by a Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office Grant (RCO) and Snohomish County.
