Notes	RFQ Advertisement The City of West Des Moines (“Owner”) has contracted with Kraus-Anderson (“KA”) as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for the MidAmerican Energy Company Rec Plex Grab and Go Renovation (“Project”). Pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 26A, all subcontractors interested in submitting a bid for the Project must first complete the Subcontractor Statement of Qualifications and return to KA as directed below. Only pre-qualified companies will be invited to submit bids. The prequalification form collects key information such as: 1. Company Legal Information 2. Work-type experience 3. Safety Record 4. Bonding and insurance capacity 5. Workforce availability 6. Request for references Project Information and Description 1. Subcontractor Statement of Qualifications must be received by KA on or before Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM for qualification evaluation. Submissions received after this time will not be accepted. All Subcontractor Statement of Qualifications must be submitted electronically to the Building Connected website.
