For Management of the Market Street Parking Garage

THE FOLLOWING LEGAL NOTICE IS TO RECEIVE Submissions of Qualifications for the management of the Market Street Parking Garage.

Qualifications are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly marked "Management of the Market Street Parking Garage" to the Auditor of the City of Lima, Ohio, attention Purchasing Department, in the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801, before 10:00 a.m., Lima time, on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025. The outside of the envelope should be properly marked to indicate it is a submission and include the project name. The outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in the submission not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in the submission being disqualified.

The City of Lima, will directly select a service provider based on the Submissions of Qualifications (SoQ). The requirements for the SoQ and the scoring criteria that will be used to select the service provider are available in the Engineering office 50 Town Square, Lima, OH 45801 (Phone 419-221-5288) and through the City of Lima's website.

The City of Lima reserves the right to waive any submittals or selection process irregularities which the City determines in its sole discretion to be in its favor, to reject any or all submissions for any reason determined to be appropriate in the sole discretion of the City, and to award the contract based on the requirements for the SoQ and meeting the City's needs as determined by the City at the City's sole discretion.
