REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

JESSAMINE COUNTY – CITY OF NICHOLASVILLE RECREATION CENTER

The City of Nicholasville will receive Statements of Qualifications from qualified Construction Managers (CMs) for both Pre construction Phase services and Construction Phase services.

The intended Project is: John Preece Park Recreation Center. The center will include four full sized basketball courts, meeting rooms, and supporting spaces. It will be approximately 59,000 square feet.

Interested and qualified CMs can receive a copy of the official Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting a one-page letter/email of interest to:

An authorized representative of the Owner will receive CM qualifications until February 20th at 2:00 PM (EST). Qualifications received after this date will not be accepted.
