Description:

The Town of Apex is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of an approximate 7,000 square feet Environmental Education Center. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from architectural firms qualified and interested in the project. The Town of Apex plans to select a firm to program including community engagement/outreach, design and produce construction documents, provide estimates, and perform construction administration services for the project using the Design-Bid-Build delivery method.
