The Village of Brookfield, Illinois (“the Requestor”) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from qualified Engineering firms to provide Phase III Construction Engineering Services related to the referenced federally funded roadway improvement project.

To have your Qualifications considered, the documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing one (1) unbound original and two (2) bound copies, plainly marked:

Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the Prairie Avenue Improvements Project

Additionally, one (1) PDF copy of your Qualifications must be emailed to: Public Works Director, Lauren Moore, at lmoore@brookfieldil.gov .

The subject line of the email must read: Phase III Construction Engineering Services – Prairie Avenue Improvements.

Qualifications must be received by the Department of Public Works, Village of Brookfield, 4545 Eberly Avenue, Brookfield, Illinois 60513, no later than 4:00 P.M. Friday, June 5, 2026 . Qualifications received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
