NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF THE RENOVATION OF THE 3RD FLOOR MAIN STREET MALL BUILDING (MSM), LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

SAS/Division of Building Authority is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional architectural and engineering design services as defined by the SAS/Division of Building Authority 22 CAR § 111- Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) for Improvements and Renovation of the 3rd floor MSM located at 101 E Capitol Ave in Little Rock, Arkansas.
This project is a renovation and improvement of the 3rd floor MSM consisting of approximately 25,000 sq/ft and include administrative areas, storage rooms, offices, supply rooms, secure storage, offices and conference rooms.
A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalists for interviews in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
The deadline for submitting detailed responses to this RFQ will be 4:30 PM, April 14, 2026
