Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineer Services
The City of Yellville, Arkansas is requesting qualifications from professional engineers licensed in the State of Arkansas to provide services for the wastewater collection and treatment improvement project.
All proposals will be evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence, performance, capacity and capability to perform the work, and familiarity with the project area. All responses to the RFQ will be evaluated by a review team designated by the Mayor of Yellville. Negotiations will commence with the respondent receiving the highest total evaluation score. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all responses.

All interested parties must submit three (3) clearly marked and sealed hard copies of their Statement of Qualifications to the following address no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday March 31, 2026.
