Request for Qualifications for Architectural/Engineering Services

BI-CTC-699-ARC, Kinney Hall Renovations, CT State Community College Naugatuck Valley, 750 Chase Parkway Waterbury, CT. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced Architectural/Engineering team to provide the Programing and Design of a full renovation of Kinney Hall at Naugatuck Valley Community College. Kinney Hall is a four-level, 49,000 square foot facility. Planned modifications to this facility are a product of academic advancement, student needs, campus safety, ADA compliance and infrastructure upgrades. Key accessibility upgrades include the installation of new elevators, renovated restrooms, improved egress stairs, and barrier-free access. Renovations to the Child Development Center to meet current licensing requirements including evaluation of outdoor playgrounds. The full renovation with infrastructure improvements will include replacing end of life equipment and adhering to current building, fire and accessibility codes.
