Skagit County Public Works Department invites Consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Engineering, Environmental Permitting, Right-of-Way Services, and other related work for the Little Coal Creek Culvert Replacement (Minkler Rd), County project No. EO212-323. Should your firm be interested in submitting a Statement of Qualifications, please do so according to the directions on the Request for Qualifications Legal Notice. Written Statements of Qualifications are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 13, 2025.
