CITY OF GROTON REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR LEGAL SERVICES – CITY ATTORNEY 295 MERIDIAN STREET GROTON, CT SEPTEMBER 2, 2025 BID PROPOSAL #09-02-25 The City of Groton will receive proposals at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 295 Meridian Street, Groton, Connecticut 06340, until 11:00 A.M. on October 2, 2025. The City is requesting proposals from qualified law firms and individual attorneys interested in providing legal services to the City, particularly in the areas of General Municipal Law, Land Use & Zoning Law, Municipal Labor Law, Utility Law, and Freedom of Information.
