Site Demolition, excavation, and site utilities. The Operations Department and/or Board of Directors reserve the right to reject any and all proposals or any part thereof, and to waive informalities and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Cedar Rapids Community School District, in the County of Linn, State of Iowa. All submissions must be emailed to: bids@larsonconst.com Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received before 2 :00pm on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025, for RFQ - Bid Issuance #1 - New Elementary at Van Buren ES Site Project (demo, excavation, site utilities) as requested by the CMAR, Larson Construction. The District will only accept proposals submitted through bids@larsonconst.com The District bears no responsibility for delays or errors in submittal of response by the Supplier.
