Request for Qualifications for Event Competition Bib Supply Services for the Olympic Authority

The Olympic Authority is issuing this RFQ to identify and pre-qualify a list of Vendors capable of providing athlete bibs required for multiple events and competitions throughout the calendar year. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a pool of pre-qualified Vendors who meet the Olympic Authority’s minimum requirements and are eligible to participate in future project-specific competitive selection processes for specific projects or events. An illustrative example of a potential scope of work is included as Attachment D.

As part of the RFQ submission process, the Olympic Authority is also seeking baseline pricing and service capability information from interested and qualified Vendors. The objective is to secure access to reliable and responsive partners capable of providing high-quality athlete bibs across a variety of Olympic Authority competitions and events.

Pre-qualified Vendors may be selected for one or more projects depending on specific event needs and the Vendor’s demonstrated capacity to perform. Selected Vendors will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and services to fulfill competition bib requirements specified in eachproject solicitation as directed by the Olympic Authority.

Each Vendor determined to be qualified pursuant to this RFQ will be required to enter into a Master Agreement with the Olympic Authority. The Master Agreement will govern the terms and conditions applicable to any subsequent engagements and shall serve as a prerequisite for the issuance of any Work Authorization Form, Purchase Order, or other written notice to proceed.
