Public Notice: Request for Qualifications for Professional Architectural Services

Benton County, Arkansas, in partnership with the Maysville Extension Homemakers Club is seeking requests for qualifications (RFQ) from licensed architects to provide the following services:
• Provide architectural services, oversee the bidding process, and construction at the Maysville Community Center located at 12015 N. Hwy 43 Maysville, AR 72747 for the roof replacement.
All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance, capacity, and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The selected firm/individual must be registered in SAM.gov .

All interested parties must submit their sealed responses to NWAEDD at the address below before 10:00 A.M. Tuesday June 10, 2025. Three copies of the sealed proposal packages must be clearly marked and shall be submitted to:

The qualification receiving the highest total points in the proposal evaluation process may be selected for negotiation of contract. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject all RFQs.
