Description:

The City of Hutto is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified firms to establish a pool of service providers for various on-call and as-needed services. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Utility Coordination– RFQ# 2025-023-UE-PD-01
Transportation Engineering– RFQ# 2025-023-TE-PD-02
Drainage Engineering Services - RFQ# 2025-023-DS-PD-03
Architectural Engineering- RFQ# 2025-023-AE-PD-04
Materials Testing - RFQ# 2025-023-MT-PD-05
Surveying Services - RFQ# 2025-023-SS-PD-06
Environmental Consulting - RFQ# 2025-023-EC-PD-07
Geotechnical Services - RFQ# 2025-023-GS-PD-08
Landscape Architecture - RFQ# 2025-023-LA-PD-09

Selected firms will be eligible for consideration for future projects, with task orders being issued by the City at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2026 for a period of two years with a one-year extension option. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee the award of work.

Interested parties must submit their SOQs in accordance with the RFQ document available at https://www.huttotx.gov/Bids.aspx . Deadline for Submission: May 30, 2025 5:00 pm CST.
