NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
500-RFQ-2501
The Arkansas Department of Education is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide Professional Engineering design services for on-call critical maintenance and alteration projects as defined by the TSS Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC).
A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) packet will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalists for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis, or an hourly not to exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
