REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR 3RD PARTY CONCESSIONS FOR NORTH CHARLESTON RECREATION DEPARTMENT (RE-BID)

Qualification Statements will be received at North Charleston Procurement Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, SC 29406 until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 28, 2024, for general concession services throughout multiple locations in the City of North Charleston.

The attached Agreement is for information purposes and should not be executed or returned with any response to this RFQ. It is, however, the intended Agreement that will be executed between the City and successful vendor(s).

The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and be the sole judge of the suitability of the concession vendor (s) to provide the required services. It is anticipated that the City will negotiate an Agreement for services with at the minimum three (03) of the most qualified person(s) or firm(s).
