General Contractor and Filed Subcontractor Request for Qualifications for the Green Meadow Elementary School project at 5 Tiger Drive, Maynard, MA 01754. The Project consists of a new two-story, 90,525+/- GSF school building for grades Pre-K thru 3. The new building will be constructed behind the owner-occupied existing building. Once the new building is occupiable, the existing building will be abated and demolished to make way for the additional site development, i.e. additional parking vehicular pathways, playground area, lawn area, etc. Further clarification on the project is within the RFQ. The Request for Qualifications will be available for download on October 16, 2024 upon email request to Phil Palumbo at phil.palumbo@collierseng.com.
