Statement of Qualifications are invited and must be received by the City of Waukegan Planning & Zoning Department no later than September 8, 2025 at 9am (CST) for:

This will be made available to all parties desiring to submit. Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted via online submission at: https://www.waukeganil.gov/FormCenter/Planning-Zoning-9/Statement-of-Qualifications-County-and-C-165 no later than September 8, 2025 at 9am (CST).

Statement of Qualifications shall be accompanied with the required enclosures and attachments as established in the RFQ.
