The Town of Wytheville is seeking sealed Expression of Interest (EOI) proposals from consulting firms who specialize in energy planning for municipal facilities and utility physical plants. Town engineering staff will use this request for the qualification procurement process to identify interested and qualified firms who have the professional experience, skills, and knowledge to assist the Town with the development of a Community Energy Action Plan for the facilities and utility operations of the Town of Wytheville. Sealed EOI proposals will be received at the Grant Administratorâs Office located at the Town of Wytheville Municipal Building, 150 East Monroe Street. Wytheville, VA 24382, until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. December 4. 2025. The Request for Qualifications Document is available on the Town of Wytheville's website at https://www.wytheville.org/rfp or by request.
