Electronically submitted Statements of Qualifications will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at https://wdm.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday January 22, 2025, for the following described public improvement project:

The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to waive any and/or all technicalities and/or all irregularities.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-submittal conference on Friday December 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., CST in the Council Chambers located at 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265.
Requests for Clarifications or inquiries that arise regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via email to the City of West Des Moines’ Architect, Farnsworth Group, Inc., Attn: Kristofer J. Orth, AIA, Architecture Principal, at email: korth@f-w.com, no later than 2:00 p.m., CST, Friday January 10, 2025.
