The work consists of construction of two new PFAS water treatment plants at 3.02 MGD and 3.37 MGD for the Forge Village and Nutting Road sites, respectively. The work at both sites includes but is not limited to site work, a new 4,536 SF PFAS WTP building constructed of masonry walls, wood roof trusses, an asphalt shingle roof, and is inclusive of process piping, process equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA. The Forge Village building has block veneer and the Nutting Road building has vinyl siding. Work is anticipated to begin in the Summer of 2025. The Work will be substantially completed within 670 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
