These services sought include: civil engineering, site planning, geotechnical services, architectural services, structural engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, construction management and site inspection, etc.

Qualifications submittals shall not be accepted after the designated submission deadline date and time. In accordance with Arkansas Procurement Law and Rules, it is the responsibility of vendors to submit proposals at the designated location on or before the bid opening date and time. Submissions received after the designated bid opening date and time shall be considered late and shall be returned to the vendor without further review.
