The City of Manhattan, Kansas, seeks submissions for construction-phase project management services from highly qualified, innovative consultants with expertise in municipal construction. Submissions are due at the office of the City Engineer, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 p.m., on October 18, 2024. Submissions received after said time will be returned.  A detailed list of submission requirements is listed in the Request for Qualifications.
