Request for Qualifications 2026-06 (“RFQ 2026-06”)
City of Newberry Professional Engineering and Consulting Services.

The City of Newberry, Florida (“Owner”) is inviting Firms to electronically submit sealed bids for Request for Qualifications 2026-06 (“RFQ 2026-06”) City of Newberry Engineering and
Consulting Services to provide Planning, Funding, Design, Engineering, and Construction Administration Services for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), Statewide
Assistance for Hazard Mitigation (SAHM), other SRF funded projects and city-funded projects.

Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Thursday, April 23, 2026.

Bidding Documents may be obtained electronically at no cost by registering for Bid Express through the following link:

Questions should be submitted to the Owner through Bid Express only. Questions will be accepted through Tuesday, March 31, 2026, 2:00 PM EST. Respondents shall not contact employees of Owner regarding this RFQ until after the Contract is awarded. For any technical issues, please contact Bid Express or City Purchasing Specialist.

Bids will be opened and read aloud at a virtual Public Bid Opening on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All members of the public may attend the Public Bid Opening Workshop.
