Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture firms to provide professional services under a basic ordering agreement (BOA). FCPA intends to award up to three qualified civilengineering firms and up to two qualified landscape architecture firms for an annual possible renewable contract.
