Request for Qualification for LW Besinger Drive Reconstruction Phase III Const. Eng. Serivces

The Village of Carpentersville (Village) requests a Statement of Qualifications from IDOT pre-qualified firms for construction engineering services for the LW Besinger Drive reconstruction project.  The scope of work includes but is not limited to resurfacing, grinding and removal, pavement removal and reconstruction, asphalt patching, curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, landscaping, signs, pavement markings, lighting, traffic signals, traffic control signing and all other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement. The project limits are from south of Lake Marian Road to west of IL 25.

The selected firm shall perform the Phase III engineering services required in a professional and satisfactory manner.  The Village will provide a liaison as a point of contact throughout the Phase III process.  All work must be completed in accordance with Village, IDOT and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) policies and standards and the approved Project Report and design plans.
