Project Description: Cochise County (“County”) issues this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) for the purpose of pre-qualifying vendors with expertise in airport planning, environmental assessments, and related services. This solicitation will result in a selection of one qualified bidder. This RFSQ does not constitute a request for any pricing information, and vendors shall only submit qualification-related data, as requested. Any pricing data submitted will not be used by the County in the evaluation of pre-qualifying vendors.
This planning contract will be administered under the AC 150-5100-14E.
