The Village of Algonquin is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to conduct and develop the Village's 2025 Village-Wide Pavement Condition Assessment of the Village’s roadway network. The selected firm shall prepare a Condition Assessment Report on approximately 140 centerline miles of Village-owned roads and prepare a presentation to the Village Board.

Project Schedule

The selection process for the Request for Proposals includes the following steps, with the anticipated completion of the project by November 18, 2025.

Requests for Proposals Issued: March 11, 2025
Questions on Proposal Due: March 24, 2025
Responses to Questions Issued: March 28, 2025
Deadline for Proposal Submission: April 3, 2025 (5:00 p.m. CST)
Contract Finalized: April 9, 2025
Potential Approval by Village Board: May 6, 2025
Anticipated Start: May 12, 2025
Anticipated Completion: November 18, 2025

*The kick-off meeting shall occur within two weeks of the agreement’s approval by the Village Board.
