Traffic Signal & Pathway Lighting Maintenance

The City of Healdsburg is soliciting proposals from knowledgeable, qualified electrical contracting firms that specialize in providing maintenance and repair services for traffic signals and street lighting, flashing beacons, lighted crosswalks, and other City equipment . Proposer must possess a Class A AND C-10 Contractor’s license issued by the California State Contractor Licensing Board

The City of Healdsburg (City) maintains 14 (fourteen) signalized intersections, three (3) flashing beacons and six (6) above ground lighted crosswalks.

All proposals must be received either by mail or hand-delivered to 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg CA 95448 by May 14, 2026 @ 4PM . The City will not accept proposals submitted by email or fax, nor will it accept proposals submitted after the specified deadline.
