ACCURATE BRONZE STATUES

The Town of Weymouth seeks a qualified company to design, construct and supply the Town of Weymouth with four (4) historically correct 6’ tall bronze statues to be delivered to the Town of Weymouth, 111 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA 02189.

All Proposals will be received and registered by the Town of Weymouth, Massachusetts (“Town”) Procurement Office with an address of 111 Middle Street Weymouth, MA until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday February 4, 2025. Any proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted.

The Request for Proposals (RFPs) will be available and may be obtained electronically by emailing procurement@weymouth.ma.us beginning at 9:00 a.m. on January 21, 2025.

All questions and request for clarifications must be received in writing by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.  All answers will be in the form of an addendum and sent to registered Bidders by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2025.  All questions are to be sent via email to procurement@weymouth.ma.us .

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B, sealed proposals will be accepted by mail or in person to Procurement Office, Town Hall Annex, 111 Middle Street, Weymouth until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday February 4, 2025 and will be publicly opened and read in the conference room located at the Weymouth Town Hall Annex, 111 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA  02189.  If any proposal is received after the scheduled deadline of 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday February 4, 2025, it will be considered non-responsive and therefore disqualified.

The Chief Procurement Officer will make the award of the contract.  The Town of Weymouth reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it deems such rejection(s) to be in the best interest of the Town, to waive informalities, to permit a Proposer, to clarify discrepancies, to conduct discussions with all qualified Proposers in any manner necessary, and/or to award a contract to serve the best interests of the Town.
