The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites proposals from qualified Consultants to conduct an Administrative Services Review (ASR), a strategic review of its internal administrative support services, roles and structures. The goal is to clearly define administrative support and develop recommendations, strategies and workplans to align administrative staffing with departmental needs, and enhance the consistency, efficiency, flexibility, collaboration and development of administrative services across the organization.  The CRD seeks proposals from consultants with extensive experience in evaluating and redesigning administrative support structures, particularly within public sector organizations.
