PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS

WS/FCS is seeking a proposal for the services of purchasing the surplus of Apple Products listed in the table below. The devices have been used but are in working condition with minor blemishes. All devices have been removed from our management (MDM) solution and Apple School Management.

WS/FCS requires an up-front payment for equipment at the time of pickup. Vendors will need to provide a one-time up-front bid, instead of a pickup, evaluation and class rated pricing process.

WS/FCS will not ship these devices out. Vendors will need to include packing and pickup from our warehouse as part of the bid.

PRE-BID INSPECTION

The district will allow a pre-bid inspection of the lot on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 3:00pm ? 4:00pm. Vendors interested in viewing the device lot will need to inform us in advance by sending an email to techrfp@wsfcs.k12.nc.us prior to October 27 to pre-schedule.
